Ofcourse you can farm asarath for steel but its tedious… The easiest way for sure is the spidercave in the middle of the map, as it is the easiest to farm brimstone in (on average i get twice the brim there in comparison with the pools). Obviously, as you head into the frozen tundras of the exiled lands, ice becomes more prominent.
